​Donate a prize for the Raffle

We are looking for donations of prizes (gift cards to restaurants, grocery stores, Amazon, retail stores, cash, nail salons, etc) to raffle off. There will be a cash grand prize, as well as several other large prizes. If you would like to donate a prize to the Traveling Bazaar, please fill out this Google form before October 25 so we can create the Raffle Ticket.  

Bake for the Bake Sale Table

We’re looking for donations of baked goods (cookies, brownies, breads), candy (fudge, 12 chocolates), homemade fudge sauce or jams/jellies, etc., but no pies!! Please drop off on Friday, December 5th, or by 8:30 am on Fair day. Thank you. 
If you plan to donate, please go to the sign-up sheet and let us know!

Other  ways to help!

  • Make a themed basket to raffle
  • Collect greens or donate pics, oasis, containers or baskets for greens table
  • Donate jewelry you no longer need to our jewelry table
  • Give new or like-new items for sale on the Treasure Trove
  • Donate handmade or new Christmas items for the Christmas Table
  • Make small gifts in mugs, baskets, bags, suitable for teachers, hostesses, etc.
  • Help with set-up or clean-up
