Father Dan Strong, who served as Trinity’s Interim Priest in 2001-2002,
passed beyond what our mortal eyes can now see,

Refreshed Prayer List Practices
The Prayers of the People are a vital part of our Sunday worship, both in the Holy Eucharist and Morning Prayer. They are an opportunity for us, as the People of Trinity, to name before God those who are in need of prayer, holding them in love and commending them to God's merciful care as we pray together as a parish community.
Over the past several months, the Vestry and Fr. Dan have received thoughtful feedback about how best to ensure that our parish prayer list remains both welcoming and reflective of current prayer needs. Beginning in September, we will introduce a simple process to help keep the public prayer list current while continuing to include those who are facing ongoing challenges.

Dan have received thoughtful feedback about how best to ensure that our parish prayer list remains both welcoming and reflective of current prayer needs. Beginning in September, we will introduce a simple process to help keep the public prayer list current while continuing to include those who are facing ongoing challenges.
If you have someone on the current prayer list and would like them to remain there after the August 30th service, please contact Bonnie in the parish office. Beginning September 6th, the prayer list will include all names that have been renewed, along with any new requests received.
Going forward, new prayer requests will remain on the list for four weeks. If continued public prayer is desired, simply let Bonnie know, and the name will be renewed for another four-week period. For those living with a terminal illness, chronic condition, long-term illness, or another ongoing circumstance for which continued public prayer is appropriate, please let Bonnie know when you submit the request so the name may remain on the list as needed, without requiring repeated renewals.
